On 21 June, the Regulations for the award of Copernican Scholarships and Copernicus Grants were adopted.
We will be announcing competitions for Copernicus Academy grants and scholarships in the near future; more information will be provided on the Academy website.
The Copernican Scholarships are a special instrument for funding research and supporting the development of science and scientists.
The scholarship programme has two main components:
- instruments to support research and scientific internships for young researchers;
- The Nicolaus Copernicus grants are intended for researchers (Polish citizens and
foreigners) of acknowledged international renown who carry out research projects devoted to Polish national heritage and the current conditions of Poland’s functioning in the international community.
