Nicolaus Copernicus Academy JOURNAL
The periodical presents popular-science articles from the five Copernican fields: astronomy together with mathematics and natural sciences, economics and management, law, as well as philosophy and theology. It also introduces works discussing the life, achievements, and legacy of Nicolaus Copernicus. We invite all those interested to share their articles on the topics designated for this year’s issue.
Nicolaus Copernicus Academy Informational Bulletin (BIAK)
This is a quarterly bulletin that reports on the ongoing activities of the Academy, the Nicolaus Copernicus Academy Office, and the Nicolaus Copernicus Research Center.
The need to present the achievements of the Nicolaus Copernicus Academy in an accessible chronicle became essential as the Academy’s contacts with partner institutions in both Poland and abroad expanded.
The first informational bulletin was created to summarize the Academy’s inaugural year, during which the newly established and now independent Nicolaus Copernicus Superior School successfully completed its first academic year.
The first issue of the Academy’s informational bulletin was prepared in four language versions and two editions: full version (91 pages) and abridged version (24 pages). Due to budget cuts, the second edition was published in Polish only. To maintain broad marketing usefulness of the bulletin, the third edition combines both Polish and English versions into a single bilingual publication.
