The College of Legal Sciences of the SGMK had the pleasure of organising an open seminar at the Nicolaus Copernicus University Main School in Warsaw on 6 March 2024, where Professor Rafał Stasikowski, a well-known law expert, judge of the Supreme Administrative Court – General Administrative Chamber, and professor at the Nicolaus Copernicus University Main School, gave a lecture entitled: “Between determinateness and flexibility of law”.
The lecture was a discussion of the essence of the determinateness and flexibility of the law and a demonstration that both values can coexist and complement each other, which grounds a key element of the security of the legal situation of an individual. We would like to thank everyone for their participation in the lecture, which deepened the understanding of key legal issues and engagement in the discussion, contributing to a better view of the relationship between determinacy and flexibility of law.
